the state of California and one of the largest
districts in the United States.
The
mission of the San Diego Community College
District is to provide accessible, high quality
learning experiences to meet the educational
needs of the San Diego community.

I am running for Board Seat D on the San Diego
Community College District Board of Trustees.
I am a leader and a strong believer in education. I have over
twenty years in the academic arena.
I
have taught at middle to higher levels of the
educational ladder. I feel that I am well
qualified to be a member of the San Diego
Community College District Board of Trustees.
I will
work to design and establish a formula that will
increase the equalization and fair distribution
of funds for the San Diego Community College
District.
I will work
to ensure that there are more fulltime, well
trained, qualified faculty who meet the needs of
students of the 21st Century.
